Mr. Ardino Gosatti founded Inglewood Products Group in 1958. The Company, then known as Inglewood Joinery and Cabinet Works was a small timber manufacturing Company, employing less than 10 people. Sales were based on the supply of building related products with Jarrah timber windows and doors as core products.

The Company experienced solid growth through the sixties and seventies, expanding into larger premises and employing more people. In the latter part of the seventies the Company reviewed their market position within the industry and embarked on a new strategy for growth that redirected its energies into specialised timber products. The change and success was achieved through significant capital investment in cutting edge technology, together with the intense formal training of personnel.

A global perspective to market penetration and sales became the focal point in an increasing competitive local environment. By the mid 1980’s Inglewood Products Group had emerged as a medium sized specialist woodworking manufacturer, actively participating in technical and market research and development. The Company positioned itself well to develop into a significant manufacturer and marketer of West Australian timber products.

In the early nineties, Inglewood Products Group completed the installation of a sophisticated paint/lacquer finishing line enabling it to develop factory-finished products. The integration of this equipment into the manufacturing facility enabled Inglewood Products Group to enter new markets promoting factory-finished products such as pre-finished household doors, flooring and furniture components.
The start of the millennium provided the Company with new and exciting directions. The day-to-day management of the Company was handed to the next generation in this family business. Mr. Ardino Gosatti now concentrates his passion on research in product and manufacturing techniques.

In 2010, the Company relocated from its Malaga premises to Oldbury, consolidating all of its operations to the one location. Efficiency gains in productivity were realised, helping maintain the Company’s competitive position within the market.
A recent project for the Shire of Pingelly whereby the Company met the requirements of key stakeholders in the project from architect to client by delivering timber building components showcased Inglewood Products Group.
